Hope your enjoying the long weekend???
I have one upset 7 year old, we were supposed to be having a bouncy castle and a bbq party for her today, but due to the bad weather, i have had to cancel the bouncy castle….. So now I am going to have to think of something else for her and her friends to do….
So while I think about what party games I can come up with, I thought I would share with you a handmade gift I made yesterday for my friends little boy’s 1st birthday….

I love the cushion, it looks great! That is something he'll always treasure, I'm sure.
My favourite handmade gift is probably a pair of curtains my mum made for my little boy's room. She always makes out she's a real 'slapdash' sewer, but these she made soooo perfectly – beautifully lined and everything. It was a big effort and I really appreciate it!
