Hello friends,

Ok back to the tutorial…
You will need.
v Square cushion form
v Fabric
v Matching thread
v Pins
v Scissors
1. Measure you cushion form and add appox ½” to each side, cut out one piece of fabric to the same size. ~ This is for the front panel. ~ put to one side.
2. For the back panel, cut out a piece of fabric that is 8” longer than your front panel.
3. Fold this into thirds width-wise and iron.
4. Cut along one of the folds so you have 2 pieces ~ the lager should be twice the size of the smaller.
5. Put pins in the cut edges.
6. Fold under each of the 2 pieces of fabric with pins ¼” then ½” and ion in place.
7. Pin the folds edges (hems) in place.
8. Using a straight stitch, sew down the edges of both hems.
9. Now is you opportunity to be creative ~ if you want to add any design to the front of you cushion now is your chance, buttons, embroidery, additional fabric, lace… the possibilities are endless!
10. Pin the back pieces to the font, right/pretty sides together, matching raw edges and making sure that hemmed edges overlap.
11. Using a straight stitch, stitch around the sides~ remember to back stitch at the start and end! ~ use the side of your presser foot as a guide.
12. Back stitch over the sides where the back panels overlap ~ for extra strength!
13. Carefully trim around the edges ~ avoiding cutting into sewn stitches
14. Snip across each cone to reduce the bulk and make a neater finish
15. Turn the cushion cover to the right side though the opening and iron.
16. Inset the cushion form

I added a purple organser ribbon to mine… to make a beautiful bow….<3
